We understand your time is valuable. We have limited time to care for our patients therefore we would appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation for an appointment.
Your care is important; to continue to provide high quality advanced care, it is important to understand the cost.
The fees have been established based on the time, materials and expertise of all who are involved in your care. The first goal in my office is to understand your problem, then to share that information with you and together to establish a plan to improve your oral comfort, function and health.
Once this is established, the cost of your treatment options will be given to you. Understanding dental insurance benefits can be complex and confusing; the staff will assist you in determining what benefits are available to help with the cost of your treatment. You will be given information and consent forms which will include the financial arrangements. I can provide information regarding options for your care, you must decide if the cost is appropriate for your wants, needs and desires. I try to provide service and care that is highly valued, no matter the cost.
Our office accepts any insurance carrier that allows you to choose any doctor you wish. We would gladly see you as a private patient if you happen to have an insurance carrier that requires you to go to a doctor on their list as we are not on any of these lists.
